Males usually get better with age since they seem to turn more handsome than ever. Many of these guys are forty and fabulous on every level. A male living in the state of California seems to fit this category perfectly. He's very handsome and has a good build since there is no fat on his body at all. This gentlemen stays very active each and every day.
In order for him to feel refreshed each and every day the smart older male tries to get to bed before eleven o'clock at night. He has to be up each morning at nine o'clock and knows that his body will need a good eight hours of sleep. This sleep time will prepare him for the next day at work and everything that comes afterward.
The male knows that physical fitness also plays a major role within his life and he tries to go to a gym at least four days a week. During his gym time he will lift weights, run and do a great cardio program that is offered. If he misses a day at the gymnasium this male will jog around his neighborhood block several times.
If anyone were to look inside of his refrigerator they will see all types of healthy foods upon the shelves. Someone would rarely see ice cream or other junk food items in this food storage unit. He tries to avoid any unhealthy foods whenever possible and stays away from heavier items past six o'clock.
Whenever the gentleman goes to the beach he takes the time to use sun screen over his body in order to avoid skin cancer and burns. Sometimes this bloke tries to shield himself from the sun by using a beach umbrella wherever he decides to lay down.
The gentleman in question does not believe in sleeping with every beautiful person that comes around. Many people in society have a bad habit of taking any stranger home to sleep with. This is a bad idea since the world is filled with people who carry an STD or another deadly disease. He has not made it this far in life by being dumb.
Many of his associates belong to the younger generation and they will educate him about everything that is going on within this changing world. They know all about the brand new foods, dances and other events that can be quite fun. He tries to keep in touch with them once in a while but is never romantically involved with any of them.
His job also allows him to meet interesting people who seem very intelligent in every way. All of his work associates take yearly vacations to other parts of the world and they have a great knowledge of foreign affairs. Music is also very important to the person who is trying to keep up with the changing times in society. The slightly older guy has all of the latest music albums and knows about the new singers in the entertainment industry.
