The Book Of Daniel Prophecy Of War Of Futures

By Steven Carter

While there are many prophecies that can be found in the Bible, one very interesting one can be found in Daniel. The Book of Daniel Prophecy contains the hardest chapters to decipher. However, it is important because it also contains some visions about the end times that all Christians have to take note of.

Now, if one would read these chapters, then he or she would definitely draw some parallelisms with the other end times predictions found in the Bible. Of course, revelations would be the chapter has the most end times predictions and these chapters in Daniel somehow lead up to the beginning of end times. Most wars have already happened in history but some interpret the last war as the final bout before the restoration of modern day Israel.

Chapter ten already predicted the rise of a prince of Persia that would go to war against a supernatural being. The thing about this chapter is that the supernatural being was the one who told Daniel that he is at war with the prince of Persia along with Michael the Archangel. According to the chapter, Archangel Gabriel gave the visions at the third year of Cyrus.

Following that, the angel further showed predictions of more wars to come with the next one from the prince of Greece. This vision perfectly depicts the Macedonia Greece war that rose Alexander the Great into power. Again, the vision has shown the next big war to come that would be significant in the colonizing of the world.

After that, the vision then showed the Roman Empire during its rise in sixty four BC up until Seventy AD. In between that was the conquering of Jerusalem by Pompey which happened sometime during Sixty three BC. Finally, the death of the next big prince, which was none other than Julius Caesar, was also showed metaphorically to Daniel through the vision.

The thing about the last chapter, which is chapter twelve, is that there are a few ways of interpreting it. Firstly, it could be the depiction of the coming of Jesus Christ as well as the resurrection after the cross leading to a new kingdom of Israel. From there, many struggles and tribulations would come until the Christ returns.

The Christian millennials, on the other hand, interpret this last chapter as the restoration of the modern day Israel as well as the return of Christ. They would also interpret the last few chapters of chapter eleven as the rise of the Antichrist who started taking over the world. This chapter showcases the rise of the Antichrist as well as his or her fall.

This is an extremely interesting book because it contains a vision or prediction that can give present day researchers clues on end times. While the interpretations may still vary, the whole point that wars were already predicted before they happened even during that time gives hope to more possible clues found in the Bible about the future. As what most Christians believe, the end is definitely near and the Messiah, along with the heavenly host would return eventually and take down the Antichrist.
