It is either that, or their properties are dirtied because of serious utilization of pesticide that both contaminates the dirt and air. Imposing laws that forbid any use of illegal chemical products that may potentially harm the environment is the responsibility of the government. Then this law is disseminated to the farmers which are going to be required to grow their stocks naturally on their farms. For them to be motivated in producing natural edible materials, their benefits should be increased to maintain the equal relationship between suppliers and consumers.
