Many people who own cars will ensure that they are well looked after and treated similar to a member of the family. That is why so many people now want to do the Challenger right hand drive conversion so as to enjoy the thrill of driving this magnificent vehicle out on the open roads. Challenger rhd conversion models come in different colours ranging from bright silver metallic to blackberry pearl, header orange, pitch black and redline tri coat pearl to name just a few.

These cars have three different generations to it and are marketed by the Dodge division of Chrysler. The Dodge Challenger was made during the late 1950s and during the early 1970s, the first pony car was built. The second generation was produced during the late 1970s to the early 1980s. The last creation was introduced in 2008 and is still running.

The first to carry the challenger name was the Dodge Silver Challenger and was a limited edition. They only came in silver and had two doors. It was available in the three point eight litres and the five point three litres. The manual three speed transmission was standard and if an automatic was preferred this was optional.

Any extra feature that was added was done at no extra cost and these included the electric window wipers, wheel covers as well as the white wall tires. The interior could be changed to silver metallic vinyl with black fabric upholstery. A thick wall to wall carpet as well as sun visors and arm rests were optional as well.

The interior comes with a three spoke thick rimmed steering wheel and a short six speed manual gear. The seats come in cloth or leather bucket seats making this a very comfortable car to drive. The back seat can fold down giving easy access to the trunk for those much larger items that need to be transported.

The heater box inside will need to be re-prototyped and new parts will need to be made. When done it will have a snug fit and will be free of rattles. A new insert will be made for the driver's side but could also cause some problems due to the angels and curves. In some cases having to lay down new carpets will be needed as the original foot rest will be eliminated but that is not too much of a big change.

The satellite radio will be able to inform the driver and occupants of the weather for that day as well as for the next week. The NAV can be used to plane trips and find points of interest in the vicinity they are driving in. Any emergency information that is needed is easy to find and if one becomes lost it will direct one back home again.

The Challenger right hand drive conversion must be a mirror image of the original look once it is completed. Each component must be of the exact design and all changes must be carried out according to the National Code of Practise. This means that all workers must meet the health and safety requirements when doing their specific work.
