How To Prepare For The Rapture

By Henry Martin

As the body of Christ we ought to prepare for his second coming which will happen unexpectedly. Jesus will come in the night to take home those people who would have lived a righteous life that pleases God the Father; these people will receive a reward and enjoy eternal life. In order to prepare for the rapture we must strive to lead a life that pleases God.

During his stay here on earth, Jesus warned his followers to be ready at all times since no one knows the day or hour he will be returning. For some who are living right, it will be a moment of joy and celebration while for some it will be a time of crying and gnashing teeth. Therefore, those who believe in Christ ought to be serious while preparing for the second coming.

There are many chapels in Oxnard, CA that are preaching the gospel of Jesus while encouraging members to be alert. Since no one knows when the hour will come, there are many scripts and plays that are airing to get the message of Christ in every corner of the word. They are using every means possible to convert as many people as possible to live right in Christ.

If you want to be among the people who will be raptured, you have to accept Jesus in your life. Without salvation, no one will see the father hence accepting Christ in our hearts will make us to be received by God. When Jesus returns He will sieve and take those who lived for Him alone.

Other than being born again, Christians need to accept water baptism whose end result is forgiveness; John the Baptist led the first Christians to water baptism. As we wait for that day to come we must ask forgiveness for the sins we commit. Jesus led by example when he was baptized by John the Baptist hence we should make this a lifestyle.

After being sanctified by water through baptism, the Holy Spirit takes over; Jesus clarified the importance of the Holy Ghost in setting up Christians for joy. He talks of the peace people get from God when they are filled by Holy Spirit. The Spirit covers our shame and sin and makes us live right while at the same time getting us ready for the second coming.

Abraham was a man of faith and trusted God to fulfill his promises to him and mankind; as a result he encountered countless supernatural blessings. He saw lived to see the Promised Land due to his confidence in God. In the same way God has called us to have total trust in Him and in Christ and we will dine together with Christ.

Living right with God is the key to entering heaven and avoiding sinful acts without compromising is paramount. The bible is the highway to heaven and it has all the teachings we need to know about entering heaven; it is our spiritual mirror. By considering the above points, you will prepare adequately for the coming of Jesus.
