Diesel Vs. Gasoline

By Darrel Jefferson

Many people have their personal preferences but what are the facts? Diesel and Gasoline have been rivals for a long time and lots of different opinions have floated around about what is better to get or in what situation it is best. From emissions to fuel economy, below will list some of things to consider when you are making the decision to switch the type of fuel you are using.

China has over a billion people living inside its borders and many of those people own a car. In the cities, traffic can be horrendous. Large amounts of emissions from cars can definitely lead to a smog effect that is rampant among many cities in China. Keeping Diesel emissions and gasoline emissions down is possible but it cuts into fuel economy.

With gas prices going up, everyone wants to get the best gas mileage they can. A definite plus of Diesel is its fuel economy advantage over regular gasoline. Diesel doesn't just have a small advantage; it actually is much more efficient than its gasoline counterpart.

The Good Witch is loved by all. She is beautiful, popular, fashion-minded, and happy. The end up being best friends, but can't shake the roles society has placed on them. Even though the Wicked Witch does what is right and the Good Witch gives in to outside pressures, it didn't change anything.

The money

The smoke that comes from all of this is harmful to everyone in the city. One in 10 deaths in Ulaanbaatar can be traced back to air pollution in the city. Having these large amounts of air pollution this dense really has ill effects on everyone in the city.

The purr of your car

Sumgayit in the world is known for having terrible pollution. During the Soviet Union, Azerbaijan was used to make tons of pesticides and chemicals. All of this production was good business but is now harming the citizens of Sumgayit.

The environment

They don't work as well. Not true. In fact, they reach their peak performance at slower speeds (that most people drive at anyway) and run better than many gasoline cars. Especially at high altitudes. Because gas requires very specific mixtures of oxygen and gasoline to run properly, high altitudes that lack normal amounts of oxygen struggle whereas diesel cars run just fine.

Longevity

Garbage such as plastics doesn't biodegrade and therefore they simply float around in the ocean. The small plastics can accumulate and leave large areas covered in the plastics and litter from humans. These "islands" that are created from all of this waste can be very harmful for many sea creatures in the ocean.
