Location Of The United Garden Of Eden

By Lilia Moody

The United Garden of Eden is a forum that seeks to recognize and appreciate the opinion of every person with the aim of rebuilding a harmonious world. It is a platform that advocates for return to peace and tolerance that existed during the era of Adam and Eve. Every person on the planet has a voice that should be heard. The group seeks to offer a platform for divergent religious views.

The platform brings together people of diverse world views, culture and ethnicity in an attempt to forge peaceful coexistence. This can only be achieved if people stopped judging and hating on others. Such hatred has been blamed for so many evils around the world. The groups advocates respect for personal choices regarding the kind of life any person wants to live. Wars and conflicts will be minimized when intolerance and judgment are eliminated.

The ideas that have informed this approach include a culture of greed and prejudice. Some communities continue to view others in negative light and as unworthy or lowly rated. This has led to an endless cycle of wars in different corners of the world. The most recent threat is the nuclear crisis that is fueled by intolerance. Any such conflict would be senseless and lead to immense destruction of property and loss of lives.

Some conflicts and human suffering are avoidable. They include artificial famine, abject poverty and ethnic crisis. They are not natural as many forums have suggested. They result from greed and inequitable sharing of resources. Selfish individuals are therefore responsible for property destruction and artificial human suffering.

The beginning of a new light is the slogan used to indicate an era of restoration. This is an opportunity for human beings to chat a new path towards a peaceful future. It is a society that is not divided on the basis of religion, nationality, social status or ethnicity. There is mutual respect with no community considering itself as superior. Everyone appreciates the intrinsic rights of existence and choice for the other person.

The group marked the return to the Garden of Eden on a day that was christened as the Q-day. This is an event that was prophesied thousands of years back. The prophesy about returning was made by the Mayans before Europeans settled in America. The return has no relationship with the end of the world as was predicted to happen in December 2012. It was an event to mark a restoration of the garden as it originally was.

Studies into Mormonism point to Missouri as the restoration land. This is where Adam settled after he was expelled from Eden because of sin. It is this location that is referred to as the New Jerusalem. It is believed that Adam blessed his children on this land before he died. It therefore has a unique significance to Mormons and is considered the new land of peace.

The United Garden of Eden gained more significance after Adam gathered his seven generations to bless them before he died. The subject has been explored by successive Mormons presidents. They foresee a return by all the children of Adam who dispersed because of persecution. The earth will enjoy peace when the children gather again.
